* I have over 27 years in the residential and commercial construction industry.

* I am a New Jersey Licensed home inspector.

* I have completed 140 hours of classroom training and 40 hours of supervised field training proir to recieving my license.

* I am an instructor at The Home Inspection Institute in Mount Laurel NJ.

* I am a member in good standing of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).

* I have passed InterNACHI’s Online Inspector Examination.

* I have completed InterNACHI’s Code of Ethics Obstacle Course for home inspectors.

* I have passed InterNACHI’s Standards of Practice Quiz.

* I abide by InterNACHI’s Code of Ethics.

* I follow InterNACHI’s Standard of Practice.

* I have passed InterNACHI's Structural Course.

* I have passed InterNACHI's Roofing Course.

* I have passed InterNACHI's Vermiculite Insulation Course.

* I have passed InterNACHI's Polybutylene Plumbing Course.

* I have passed InterNACHI's Water Heater Course.

* I have passed InterNACHI's Green Building Course.

* I have passed InterNACHI's Commercial Inspection Course.
